1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using stodulka.consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Credits and Payments
The platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire. Credit costs vary depending on the AI model selected and the length of responses. All prices are listed in CZK and include applicable taxes.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI agents on this platform provide informational responses only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Stodulka Consulting makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate system prompts or agent configurations • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure • Share your account credentials with third parties
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stodulka Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
